GUNLOCKE'S NEW CIJI™ LOUNGE COLLECTION: A VERSATILE AND VIBRANT STATEMENT OF DESIGN FLEXIBILITY
From Classic to Contemporary; reception to lobby to collaboration area, this new lounge collection puts the finishing touches on most any workplace environment
Wayland, NY - The new Ciji™ Lounge Collection from Gunlocke provides balanced proportions with a refreshing simplicity of design. It's clean, timeless style provides just the right solution to blend with nearly any design. The result is a lounge collection that doesn't dominate, but rather complements the look of any reception, lobby, collaborative or gathering area.
Featuring almost 30 different pieces, the collection lends itself to a wider breadth of applications than traditional lounge furniture. Plus, optional wood accents synchronize
Ciji with the existing, rich Gunlocke portfolio of occasional tables, casegoods and seating.
Ciji can be specified as one-, two- and three-seat benches or lounges; low- or mid-back options can be utilized with lounge specifications. It is available with or without arms and features optional wood arm caps. There also is a corner unit available to allow for L-configurations and three types of legs - wood, metal or metal with casters.
"With Ciji we wanted to create a classic-looking lounge that could be configured a
number of ways," said Jason Wolfanger, director, product management and develop
ment at Gunlocke. "Straight lines are always favorable, so we decided to utilize a clean, timeless design while still offering enhanced design flexibility based on its available options. The result is a collection that can be used in a multitude of applications and aesthetics - from corporate, professional service and educational settings."
Ciji is available in the entire line of Gunlocke fabric offerings, including its Momentum
and HBF textiles, Dani leather as well as the client's own materials. Specifying Ciji
in two different
upholsteries is standard, making it easy - and cost-effective - to achieve an extremely customized and unique look.
The collection's more informal styles are the perfect option for collaborative spaces or public lounge areas, but with different fabric choices and seating configurations, Ciji is at home in the private office, as well. It is also surprisingly comfortable, with enhanced ergonomics and a more dense foam seat, inviting users to relax and enjoy the collection. Power options are built in to the base of the furniture which allows users to stay connected while enjoying a casual setting. The available bench configuration - which
is a new seating option in the Gunlocke portfolio - provides even more relaxed design solutions for a wide range of spaces.
