GUNLOCKE CONTRIBUTION

Our products are manufactured in Wayland, NY. If your project is located within 500 miles (as the crow flies) from our facility, then the entire amount you pay for our products would contribute to option 1 of this credit.

The regionally extracted and manufactured content value of our typical office configurations and conference tables range from 50% to 75% of the cost of the product.

CREDIT INTENT

To increase demand for building materials and products that are extracted and manufactured within the region, thereby supporting the regional economy and reducing the environmental impacts resulting from transportation.

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

OPTION 1 (1 Point): use a minimum of 20% of the combined value of construction and CSI Division 12 (furniture) materials and products that are manufactured regionally within a radius of 500 miles (as the crow flies).

OPTION 2 (2 Points): use a minimum of 10% of the combined value of construction and CSI Division 12 (furniture) materials and products extracted, harvested or recovered, as well as manufactured, within 500 miles (as the crow flies) of the project.
